If you are an introvert, you do not need to “be fixed”. You do not need to “overcome” being an introvert. You don’t need to “come out of your shell” to successfully lead your school.

I’ve worked with many introverted leaders over the years and most of them think that they need to CHANGE or GET BETTER in some way to be a better leader.

I feel strongly that introverted leaders bring their own unique strengths to the table, and their success most often comes from playing to those strengths.
